Why a hotel on the E-5?
We are on the E-5 (D-100) in Avcılar. Coming from Edirne or Tekirdağ, or off the TEM motorway, you reach the hotel without driving through the city centre, and you rejoin the main road just as easily the next morning. Tüyap and Istanbul Expo Center are a short drive away.
A simple charging plan
- Let us know you are coming in an electric car when you book.
- Before you arrive, check your connector type with reception.
- Plug in for the evening and rest in your sea-view room while the car charges.
- Head into the city by Metrobus: the stop is outside the hotel and your car stays safely parked.

Parking in Istanbul’s historic centre is hard work. Take the Metrobus to Zeytinburnu and the T1 tram to Sultanahmet, or change to the M2 metro at Mecidiyeköy for Taksim. See our location page for details.

Parking in the old city is limited. Leaving the car at the hotel and taking the Metrobus and tram is usually quicker and easier.
