Group and company stays for Istanbul trade fairs: a planning checklist

How to plan fair-week rooms for your stand team, sales staff and guests without last-minute surprises.

Exhibiting at a fair means a week of stand building, team logistics and client meetings. Planning accommodation early, and properly, takes a lot of that weight off.

The checklist

  1. Fix the dates: include build-up and dismantling days; part of the team may arrive before the fair and leave after it.
  2. Work out the room mix: who needs a single room and who can share? State double or twin beds up front.
  3. Agree breakfast times: fair mornings start early, so ask for early breakfast in advance.
  4. Plan transport: the Metrobus runs direct to Tüyap; if you are bringing company cars, mention parking when you book.
  5. Prepare invoice details: send your company name and tax details with the booking for a corporate invoice.
  6. Hold rooms for guests: keeping a few sea-view rooms for clients you are hosting is a nice touch.

Why Avcılar?

Avcılar sits between the two big venues: 15–20 minutes by car to Tüyap and 10–15 to Istanbul Expo Center. The Metrobus stop is outside and parking is free. In the evening, your team can meet on the terrace to review the day.

Ask for a quote

Send your dates and number of rooms through the form on our trade fair page or message us on WhatsApp, and we will prepare a quote for your company.

Frequently asked questions

How many rooms do I need for a group quote?

We prepare a quote for any booking of more than one room; just send the number of rooms and your dates.

Is early check-in possible on build-up days?

We do our best with early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability; mention it when you book.

How does the team get to Tüyap?

By Metrobus from outside the hotel, 13 stops towards Beylikdüzü with no change, or 15–20 minutes by car.
